ich schaue mir bei Gelegenheit an, um zu sehen, wie man einigermaßen sicher verschlüsselt Daten dort ablegen kann.

kennt Ihr dir Dropbox? Ich habe sie installiert und bin begeistert. Man bekommt kostenlos 2GB-Online-Speicher. Diese sind dann auf dem PC wie ein Laufwerk zu verwenden. Mann kann Dateien einfach in den Ordner reinkopieren. Es gibt geschlossene und öffentliche Bereiche. Man kann Ordner an verschiedene Personen freigeben (per Email einladen) oder Fotogallerien erstellen.

Die Daten sind dann z.B. auf dem PC, Notebook und IPhone gleichzeitig "vorhanden". Oder aber auch per Web abrufbar. So kann man Scans von wichtigen Reisedokumenten hinterlegen und in jedem Internetcafe weltweit im Notfall eine Kopie ausdrucken. Oder einfach nur größere Dateien und Fotosammlungen hochladen und Freunden nur den Link schicken, wenn es zu groß für nen Mailanhang ist.

Wenn man jemanden "wirbt" bekommt man nochmal 256MB Freispeicher. (Maximal zusätzliche freie 8 GB). Falls sich jemand dafür interessiert und sich über meinen Link anmeldet bekommt er auch 256MB mehr Speicher, d.h. 2,256 GB zu Beginn. Wenn Ihr das nutzen wollt, bitte hier drüber anmelden:
